RETURN & REFUND

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
  1. The products you received do not match your order.
  2. Received defective products.
  3. Products damaged during transit.
  4. Shipment lost during transit.

    If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at hey@shenzation.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

    1. Order number
    2. Delivery Address
    3. Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
    • We unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will then check with our delivery partner for reverse pick-up. If possible, we will arrange a return pick-up. In case if your pin code is not serviceable for a return pick-up, you’ll need to return the product to us at your own expense.
    • Ensure the products for return are in original unused condition in its package.
    • We will send out the replacement once we inspect the returned product.
