RETURN & REFUND
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- The products you received do not match your order.
- Received defective products.
- Products damaged during transit.
- Shipment lost during transit.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at hey@shenzation.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
- We unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 48 hours of delivery.
- We will then check with our delivery partner for reverse pick-up. If possible, we will arrange a return pick-up. In case if your pin code is not serviceable for a return pick-up, you’ll need to return the product to us at your own expense.
- Ensure the products for return are in original unused condition in its package.
- We will send out the replacement once we inspect the returned product.
